They are engaged in the charging industry and have their own production and operation base in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. The initial PCB circuit board proofing and PCB mounting were purchased in JLC. However, with the increase in orders, a new offline PCB Aseembly factory (and a PCB board factory) must be added to cooperate. Visit was to Longgang PCB Aseembly Factory in JHD, Longdong Community, Baolong Street, Longgang. They carefully inquired about the SMT Aseembly and DIP plug-in process of PCB on the production line, and understood the general working principle of patch machine, AOI and wave soldering. Later customers also raised their own questions about the relays to be processed, and our business Tom explained them patiently, because they are worried that the temperature of the wave soldering or the temperature of the soldering iron will affect the relay.
Language communication has created a little estrangement for us, but Mr. Sun is fluent in Chinese. He has been in Shenzhen for at least 8 years.30 minutes later, we drove to the PCB board workshop to visit and study. After arriving at the office, Zhou Zong of PCB Factory took out the treasured tea and got a general understanding of Mr. Sun and their orders. Customers are very concerned about whether the factory has UL certification, zhou always showed the electronic UL and automobile 16949 certification and physical certificates to customers.
Because the customer was going to visit the battery factory in Bao 'an District of Shenzhen at 12 o'clock, Tom took the customer to Shuanglong subway station about 30 minutes later.
